Poster sessions will take place on both days of VS11. Everyone attending this year’s event is invited to present a poster which may be on work related to any of this year’s meeting topics or any aspect of vacuum in general.

This year the Vacuum Symposium Poster Prizes (£100 and certificate on both days) will be sponsored by the VS Platinum Sponsor and the IOP Vacuum Group.
Posters will be judged on the basis of scientific content, effectiveness of communication and overall appearance.
2019 Poster Prizes Poster Prize winners in 2019 were:
Day 1: Ihar Razanou, Belarusian National Technical University (pictured left above), receiving his prize from Sunil Patel (R) representing the VS Committee and the sponsors, IOP Vacuum Group.
Day 2: Eric Lundgren, London Centre for Nanotechnology, UCL (R) with certificate from Paul Carroll (L), UK Service Manager of the sponsors Leybold Vacuum UK Ltd.
