Joining VS15

VS15 Delegates must use the overflow car park in Frome Road – there is no onsite access by vehicle.

Use SatNav postcode OX11 0GN.  

  1. From Newbury Road enter Perimeter Road (close to the Moderna building).
  1. Then turn right onto Frome Road. The car park is approx. ½ way down this road.

Note that Frome Road is one-way and you can only enter as shown on the map.

 

Registration for VS15 is in the RAL Site Reception Building R75.  The green route on the map will take 10 to 15 minutes.

Please arrive at least half an hour before the event starts.

VS15 Reception

On entering the RAL reception building R75 look out for the VS Table on your right.  Here you can pick up your badge, lanyard and Delegates Bag.  There will also be a site map showing the location of the right building for Training, Meetings etc.  Click here to view the map – V15 is a short distance from the RAL entry point.

Be sure you have photographic ID.  You maybe refused entry if not presented.  *List of acceptable ID.
