The VS11 Technical Meeting includes topics to interest all users of vacuum and processing in vacuum.
7 Vacuum Training Courses for 2022
VTC1 is FULL. All other courses are approaching maximum capacity. If you find that the course you want to attend is no longer available, you are invited to email training@vacuum-uk.org with your name and course(s) required – you will be entered on a time-ordered waiting list and be informed if space becomes available.
Poster presentations will be open from 2:00pm on Tuesday 12th July until 2:30pm on Wednesday 13th July. Posters will be judged on the basis of scientific content, effectiveness of communication and overall appearance. The Vacuum Symposium Poster Prize (£100 and certificate) is sponsored by Leybold and will be presented to the winner at 1:30pm on Wednesday.

A one-day exhibition, organised by Nu-tech Associates, will be held in a marquee adjacent to the Meeting Rooms.

The 2022 Harry Leck Memorial Medal will be awarded to Dr Andrew Chew, Atlas Copco during the Reception on Tuesday 12th July at approximately 6:00pm.
Three rolling Site Tours (approx. 20 minutes each) will be held On Tuesday 12th July.
Time: after Training Courses; before early evening Reception.
Starting at 5:30pm (until approx. 7:00pm) on Tuesday 12th July there will be a Reception in the Marquee.
All VS11 attendees and sponsors are welcome to attend for drinks & nibbles.
The Harry Leck Memorial Medal will be presented in addition to short introductions from Daresbury Laboratory and the Vacuum Symposium Committee.
