RGA13 is the biennial meeting of the RGA User Group that started in 1996. The aim, as always, is to bring together both manufacturers and users of RGA Instruments to discuss advances in techniques and applications for RGA.
The meeting will review the continuous development of the RGA for measuring the quality of the vacuum environment for old and new emerging technologies. Demand on suppliers is varied, from the XHV requirements of accelerator rings, to process requirements for manufacture of LED’s, photovoltaic cells, sensors etc.
We particularly encourage presentations that demonstrate the diverse nature of applications of the RGA. The instrument has evolved into a small, but powerful mass spectrometer, capable of measurements not previously considered viable with ‘high-end’ analytical instrumentation. Manufacturers are encouraged to talk about instrument improvements that help to increase the applicability of their product.
We invite applications for potential Speakers and Posters related to all aspects of RGA, whether it be old, new or improvements in instrumentation.
A RGA User Group meeting
The RGA User Group provides a forum for exchange of information and experiences. We organise meetings with the aim of bringing together industrial, academic and research based RGA users with suppliers of RGAs.
